Antwan Banks Williams

Born and raised in Los Angeles California, I naturally seen the world through a different lens. Both of my parents are artist so expression was a cornerstone of my house hold until addiction crippled my family’s foundation and left my sister and I to our own devises and the ways of the world. At many points in my life I took to the arts as a ways to navigate when my direction was uncertain, or being overwhelmed with simple feelings of loosing myself. For me, art comes in many different mediums such as drawing, painting, dance, poetry, music, fashion and now photography. My love for photography came when I realized the opportunity I had to not just witness people, but to creatively show them they beauty and power they poses. Photography taught me how to frame a moment, but it was only the beginning. Over time, that stillness evolved into movement, and I found my way into film and cinematography—where I could fully explore the stories that needed more than one frame to be told. My work now lives in motion, built on the foundation of storytelling that started with a single photograph.

Alongside the visual, I’ve spent years mastering sound. From music production to sound design, I’ve composed, mixed, and scored across mediums—always searching for the emotional truth beneath the surface. Whether I’m behind the camera or the soundboard, I approach every project with intention, bringing stories to life with both sight and sound. It's not just about what people see or hear—it's about what they feel.
